AnnOT offers a straightforward referral pathway with direct access to Anju Thomas, an experienced Occupational Therapist working across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

You are welcome to call before referring to discuss suitability, the assessment or intervention required, service location and current availability.

A clear referral question helps the OT provide the right service

You do not need to know the exact OT service before contacting AnnOT. If the referral is complex or you are unsure what assessment is required, call Anju first.

Where sensitive information is not needed for the initial discussion, a brief phone call can help establish suitability before health information is submitted.

Referral coverage across Northern Melbourne

In-person appointments are available across selected northern, north-eastern and north-western Melbourne areas. Availability depends on the person's location, the service required and current travel capacity.
